The Warehouse fined for spamming
The Warehouse has been fined $19,800 by the DIA electronic messaging compliance unit for repeatedly spamming customers who had used their unsubscribe facility. The spamming ranges from 2011-2015 and included 132 breaches of the law. TWH paid the fine with no objections.
